Donetsk filtration station again supplying water to Donetsk - OSCE mission
KYIV. Feb 6 (Interfax) - The Donetsk filtration station (DFS) has resumed operation, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) said.
"DFS pumping station restarted. DFS staff will stay overnight. Stop fighting," the OSCE SMM said in its statement on Twitter.
In turn, Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the special mission Alexander Hug has posted a photograph and commented on it: "Water is running again. Much more to be done. Guns need to remain silent now."
The Ukrainian ministry for the affairs of temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons said earlier that water supply from the DFS could be restarted on Monday evening.
