Manturov reappointed chairman of Rostec supervisory board - presidential decree
MOSCOW. March 20 (Interfax) - Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov has been reappointed chairman of the supervisory board of state corporation Rostec, according to a presidential decree published on the legal information portal.
"This decree enters force on March 31, 2017," the document says.
The Industry and Trade Ministry prepared the draft decree in January, which was posted on the portal for federal draft statutory acts. The explanatory note attached to the decree points out that under the law, members of the Rostec supervisory board are appointed by the president for a term of no more than five years.
The document published on Monday does not state when Manturov's new term expires.
Manturov's current term as chairman of the Rostec supervisory board is scheduled to end on March 30, 2017.
