Vladimir Litvinenko ups PhosAgro stake to 19.35% after buying stake from Igor Antoshin
MOSCOW. April 18 (Interfax) - St. Petersburg State Mining University Rector Vladimir Litvinenko has increased his stake in PhosAgro after buying 4.81% of the fertilizer producer from Igor Antoshin, a member of its board of directors.
Litvinenko has acquired from Antoshin 6,228,950 ordinary shares in PhosAgro, which is equivalent to 4.81% of the company's total issued share capital, the company said in a statement.
Antoshin's stake in PhosAgro fell to 7.07%. His stake includes 2,489,540 ordinary shares in the company or 1.92% of the share capital that were transferred by him under a REPO deal on December 21, 2016.
As a result of the transaction, PhosAgro's free float remains unchanged at 25.1% of the company's issued ordinary shares.
Andrei Guryev and members of his family control 48.48% of PhosAgro, both via trusts and directly.
