LVIV. May 5 (Interfax) - Officials from the justice department in the Lviv region of Ukraine have evicted the Russian Cultural Center from its office in Korolenko Street, the press service for the Lviv region's council said on Thursday morning.

"We have just evicted the Russian Cultural Center from a building in Korolenko Street," the press service quoted Volodymyr Girnyak, deputy chairman of the Lviv region's council, as saying.

On March 9, the Lviv Appellate Economic Court made a decision to evict the Russian Cultural Center from a building in Korolenko Street, 1a.

The Lviv region's council plans to conduct a tender and give the building to a public organization whose work is connected to the military operation in Donbas.
