Peskov refers to Foreign Ministry questions about U.S. diplomatic personnel parity statements
MOSCOW. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov has referred to the Russian Foreign Ministry a question about bringing into parity the number of Russian and U.S. diplomatic personnel in the United States and Russia, respectively.
"Unfortunately, I have not read these statements yet, but it's better to go to the Foreign Ministry," Peskov told reporters on Monday, after being asked to comment on the statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov that Russia will bring the size and format of the U.S. diplomatic mission in Russia into full parity.
