Ukrainian army shells Donetsk water filtration station during OSCE monitors' visit - DPR
DONETSK. Sept 13 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian army attacked the Donetsk water filtration station during a visit of the OSCE monitors, Eduard Basurin of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Defense Ministry told reporters.
"Positions of the Right Sector [an organization banned in Russia] came under a provocative attack near the Donetsk water filtration station on September 13; the militants took the gunfire for an attack mounted by the DPR," Basurin said.
The Ukrainian army "started firing 82mm mortars, various types of grenade launchers, and small arms on the vicinity of the station being visited by Emergency Situations Ministry officers and representatives of the OSCE and the JCCC at that time," he said.
Kruta Balka, Vasylivka, Yakovlivka simultaneously came under attack, he said.
