Five militiamen killed in past week - DPR ombudsman's office
DONETSK. Sept 15 (Interfax-AVN) - Five people were killed and another five wounded in shelling of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) by the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the past week, the DPR ombudsman's office said.
"From September 8 to 14, 2017, five people were killed in the DPR, all of them servicemen of the republic," a spokesperson told journalists on Friday.
Another five people were injured during the period, he said.
"From September 8 to 14, 2017, five people, including three DPR servicemen and two male civilians, were wounded as a result of Ukrainian armed aggression in the Donetsk People's Republic," the DPR ombudsman's spokesman said.
