Novatek hydrocarbon production to fall by around 7.5% in 2017 - Mikhelson

RABAT. Oct 11 (Interfax) - Novatek's hydrocarbon production in 2017 will decline by the same rate it did in the first nine months of this year, Novatek CEO Leonid Mikhelson told journalists.

"Around the same percentage as 9M, it will be the same percentage for the whole year," he said.

Novatek saw hydrocarbon production fall by 7.5% to 374.7 million barrels of oil equivalent (boe) in 9M 2017, including 46.03 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas, down 7.8%, and 8.806 million tonnes of liquid hydrocarbons, including gas condensate and oil, down 6.2%.
