Largest shareholder of IGSS sells 25.83% stake to Mamut co

MOSCOW. Oct 24 (Interfax) - The largest shareholder of IG Seismic Services Plc (IGSS), Sergei Gilev has sold his 25.83% stake in the company to Russian businessman Alexander Mamut's Accles Holding Ltd (Cyprus), IGSS said in a statement.

The deal was closed on October 10, and Gilev is no longer a shareholder of IGSS. Gilev, the founder of Inversion Management Company, acquired the stake in IGSS from Nikolai Levitsky in mid-July 2017 and has served on the board of directors of IGSS since March 2016. He also serves on the board of Timan-Pechora Gas Company (TPGC).

Gilev previously worked as a department director at Norilsk Nickel , financial director at Otkritie Bank and general director of the Otkritie debt center.

Inversion provides industrial asset management services. The company has a diverse portfolio of assets under management, including TPGC, Kharyaga, Ruspetro and the IGSS group's Geotech Seismic Services .
