Rosneft's second bond program worth 1.3 trillion rubles - sources

MOSCOW. Oct 26 (Interfax) -Rosneft's second program of exchange-traded bonds, series 002P, is worth more than 1 trillion rubles, two sources with knowledge of the oil company's plans told Interfax.

One of the sources said the program was worth "a little more than 1 trillion rubles."

Later, the newspaper Vedomosti reported, citing sources close to the company, that the program would total 1.3 trillion rubles. One of the Interfax sources confirmed that information.

The company said on Thursday that it was planning a bond program but did not say how much it would be worth.

The Moscow Exchange registered a first bond program for the company worth 1.071 trillion rubles without a fixed time limit in December 2016. Bonds maturing in up to 10 years can be placed under the program.

Rosneft has already placed eight issues of bonds (series 001P-01 - 001P-08) totaling 1.07 trillion rubles under that first program.

The company has seven classic bond issues worth 90 billion rubles and 34 exchange bond issues worth 2.171 trillion rubles outstanding.
