FMs of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran to discuss cooperation in Baku in late December

BAKU. Oct 30 (Interfax) - The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Iran will hold a trilateral meeting in Baku at the end of this year, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told reporters on Monday.

"A trilateral meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Iran will take place in Baku in late December," Mammadyarov said.

The meeting "will address issues of regional and international cooperation," he said.

The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Pakistan will meet in Baku in late November, Mammadyarov said. "These actors are very important to Azerbaijan from the political and economic points of view. We plan to discuss the threats, challenges, and opportunities that exist for our people," Mammadyarov said.
