French president's special envoy to come to Russia on Nov 3
MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - The French president's special representative for Russia, Jean-Pierre Chevenement, will arrive in Russia on Friday, November 3, a spokesperson for France's embassy in Moscow confirmed to Interfax.
"We confirm Chevenement's visit. He is arriving on Friday and will stay [in Russia] until the end of next week," the spokesperson said.
French Ambassador to Russia Sylvie Bermann earlier told Interfax that she did not rule out that the French president may come to Russia to attend the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
