Enel Russia plans to refinance 10 bln rubles in 2018

MOSCOW. Nov 2 (Interfax) - Enel Russia is planning to refinance 10 billion rubles of debt next year, the company's CFO Yulia Matyushova said in a conference call.

"We are planning to refinance 10 billion rubles next year," the CFO said.

She did not name the possible refinancing tools. The company told Interfax that this concerns the company's short-term bond obligations. Half of this amount is due to be refinanced before September 2018 and the remaining 5 billion rubles - in September.

The company currently has three bond issues in circulation, totaling 10 billion rubles. The first two issues for 2 billion rubles and 3 billion rubles have a ten-year circulation period, at a rate of 12.1%. The offer date on both issues is May 31, 2018. Another issue was placed in early October 2015 with a three-year circulation period and a rate of 12.1%.
