Putin calls reports on his relatives' contacts with Trump's team nonsense

DA NANG. Nov 11 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has called reports on his relatives' alleged contacts with members of U.S. President Donald Trump's team nonsense.

"I found out about some contacts of my relatives with representatives of the [U.S.] administration or officials from Mr. [Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry] Peskov only yesterday," the Russian leader said.

"I know absolutely nothing about that. Nothing at all. I think, all that is some nonsense," Putin said.

The U.S. media, Politico, said earlier citing unnamed sources that Russian citizen Olga Vinogradova contacted Trump's advisor George Papadopoulos during his electoral campaign, posing as Putin's niece.
