LPR says another humanitarian subgroup on Donbas meeting in Minsk proves unproductive
LUHANSK. Nov 15 (Interfax) - Another meeting of participants in the humanitarian subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine has not yielded any results, Olga Kobtseva, the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic's envoy to the subgroup, said.
"There are no results. The Ukrainian side lacks any constructive attitude towards key issues, including the exchange of detained persons, the restoration of the bridge near Stanytsia Luhanska, and the opening of the Zolote checkpoint," the Luhansk information center cited Kobtseva as saying.
