Demand for Russian military equipment to rise due to Russia's Syria success - Senator Klintsevich
MOSCOW. Dec 11 (Interfax) - The success of the Russian Armed Forces in Syria will provoke an increase in demand for Russian weapons and equipment in the near future, Franz Klintsevich, first deputy head of the Federation Council's Defense and Security Committee, said.
"The Russian Armed Forces have demonstrated their weapons, their combat readiness, and the number of contracts for Russian military equipment and weapons will increase dramatically beginning tomorrow," Klintsevich told Interfax on Monday.
Unlike NATO "demagogues," Russia not only manufactures good equipment, but also demonstrated its operations, he said.
