ASTANA. Dec 21 (Interfax) - Members of the Kurdish National Council can take part in the National Dialogue Congress in Syria, Syrian opposition delegation member Idris al-Raad told Interfax.

The Syrian opposition is happy to see in any Syrian dialogue representatives of Kurdish organizations such as the Kurdish National Council, which comprises a number of Kurdish parties. Al-Raad said he believes they are real representatives of the Kurds.

He repeated that the opposition does not accept the participation in the Congress by Kurds from the Kurdistan Worker's Party (PKK) and the Democratic Union Party (PYD). Al-Raad called the Democratic Union a terrorist party.
