Bailiffs working at Menshevik factory when shooting began unharmed

MOSCOW. Dec 27 (Interfax) - Moscow bailiffs were working on the premises of the Menshevik factory when the shooting incident began but managed to barricade themselves outside the shooting zone, a spokesman for the Moscow city department of the Federal Bailiff Service told Interfax.

"Bailiffs arrived at the factory this morning on an enforcement mission. Having heard the sound of gunfire, they blocked the entrance to the premises and ensured the security of the attesting witnesses. None of them was hurt," the spokesman said.

The bailiffs were enforcing a court order against a debtor, a tenant of some factory facilities.
