KYIV. Dec 27 (Interfax) - The exchange of captives scheduled to be conducted in Donbas on December 27 will take place no earlier than 2:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m. Moscow time) at the Mayorske checkpoint, the Hromadske TV website said on Wednesday, citing its correspondent.
"The exchange will take place no earlier than 2:00 p.m.," the site said.
According to Hromadske TV, Internet will be switched off in the area of the Mayorske checkpoint, which is located near Horlivka, Donetsk region, on the division line, for the period of the exchange.
According to earlier reports, the conflict parties in Donbas have scheduled an exchange of captives consistent with the "306 for 74" (DPR-LPR supporters and Ukrainian troops, respectively) formula for Wednesday.
