"Ten people were hospitalized, their life is not endangered," Klaus said.

An operational investigative team, which comprised most experienced officers of the Investigative Committee (SKR), the Federal Security Service and the Interior Ministry, has been set up to probe the criminal case, he also said.

"A substantial scope of investigative actions and operational investigative measures are being carried out, all possible theories of the incident are being looked into," the SKR senior official said.

Nine people were hospitalized, Deputy Governor Anna Mityanina's staff earlier told Interfax.
