Armenian president to address PACE winter session
YEREVAN. Jan 18 (Interfax) - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will attend the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) in Strasbourg, a statement posted on the PACE website said.
Sargsyan is expected to deliver a speech on January 24, it said.
