Kyiv sets new date for disengaging forces in Stanytsia Luhanska on Jan 21 - LPR's JCCC representative office

LUHANSK. Jan 18 (Interfax) - Ukraine expressed readiness to disengage the forces and military hardware from the contact line in Donbas in the area of Stanytsia Luhanska, the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) representative office to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

"Ukrainian representatives once again stated readiness for disengagement on January 21, 2018, should there be no shell attacks from the direction of the LPR, despite the fact that, as of now, already the 16th period of silence has been in effect since December 26, 2017, making it possible to disengage the forces and military hardware in Stanytsia Luhanska under the requirements set forth in the framework decision," the LPR's JCCC representative office said in a statement posted on its Telegram channel.
