AFK Sistema to start book building for 10 bln rubles in bonds on Jan 26
MOSCOW. Jan 22 (Interfax) - AFK Sistema will accept bids from investors to buy 10 billion rubles in series 001P-07 bonds from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Moscow time on January 26, a financial market source told Interfax.
Guidance on the first coupon has been set at 9.80%-10.00% per annum, corresponding to a yield of 10.04%-10.25% per annum to offer in a year.
The technical placement is scheduled for February 2.
The organizers are Gazprombank , VTB Capital, Sberbank CIB and BCS Global Markets. The co[organizers are AFK Sistema MTS Bank and East West United Bank S.A. (Luxembourg).
The ten-year bonds will pay semi-annual coupons and have par value of 1,000 rubles each.
AFK Sistema has six exchange-bond issues worth a total of 48.2 billion rubles outstanding.
