Volker confirms plan to meet with Surkov in Dubai on Friday

WASHINGTON. Jan 24 (Interfax) - The United States' Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations, Kurt Volker, intends to hold meet with Russian representatives in Dubai.

"Looking forward to another day and a half of meetings in Ukraine before traveling to Dubai for talks with the Russians," Volker wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.

A Russian source confirmed to Interfax earlier that Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov could meet with Volker this week.
