Ex-Russian envoy to UN office in Geneva Borodavkin appointed ambassador to Kazakhstan
MOSCOW. Feb 7 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree appointing Alexei Borodavkin as Russian ambassador to Kazakhstan.
The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Borodavkin previously served as Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations office and other organizations in Geneva.
Putin signed another decree relieving Mikhail Bocharnikov of his duties as the Russian ambassador to Kazakhstan.
