VTB's new CFO to assume post in April
MOSCOW. Feb 12 (Interfax) - VTB has found a new chief financial officer, who will start in April, the head of the Russian state bank, Andrei Kostin told reporters.
VTB has found a candidate and "I think" he will take over the position in April, Kostin said. "I won't talk about it for now," he said, adding that the new CFO will not be from the VTB Group.
VTB's finances are now overseen by the bank's deputy CEO, Herbert Moos. He will remain at VTB and focus on strategy, Kostin said earlier in an interview with Reuters. "This work is at the confluence of various types of things, and I think that a special department will be created for him," Kostin said.
