Inter RAO management to sell part of stake set aside for options - sources

MOSCOW. March 15 (Interfax) - The management of Inter RAO will sell part of a stake in the Russian state power company that was set aside for an options program, three sources familiar with the deal told Interfax.

The options program was approved in February 2016 for two years and amounted to 2%.

"The company is indeed considering the possibility of carrying out an SPO through the procedure of an accelerated bookbuild. The market might be offered the stake owned by management," one source told Interfax.
