Russian, Iranian, Turkish FMs agree to keep fighting terror in Syria on basis of UNSC resolution - Lavrov

ASTANA. March 16 (Interfax) - The Russian, Iranian, and Turkish foreign ministers agreed to continue fighting the terrorist groups that remain in Syria in accordance with the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) resolution, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday.

"[We] acknowledged, if not the kind we wanted, still significant progress in resolving humanitarian issues and, of course, confirmed our determination to rigorously and uncompromisingly continue fighting against the remaining terrorist groups, which are determined to be such by the UNSC," Lavrov told reporters in Astana on Tuesday.
