Kyiv's steps to block Russians' access to polling stations in Ukraine an act of humanitarian aggression - Russia's CEC

MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian authorities' actions to hinder Russian citizens' access to polling stations in Ukrainian territory is an act of humanitarian aggression, Russian Central Elections Commission (CEC) member Vasily Likhachyov said.

"We are facing an instance of humanitarian aggression against citizens of the Russian Federation who are in the territory of Ukraine and are unable to exercise their political right to vote and actively participate in the election campaign envisaged by the constitution and the generally recognized norms of international law," Likhachyov said at the CEC on Sunday.
