Putin gets support from about 90% of voters in Russian presidential election in Yerevan - embassy

YEREVAN. March 19 (Interfax) - About 5,000 people voted in the Russian presidential election at the Russian embassy in Yerevan, the embassy's spokesman Veronika Artenyan told Interfax.

"Five thousand people case their ballots. About 90% of them voted for Vladimir Putin," Artenyan said.

One more polling station was opened at the Russian consulate general in Gyumri. Data from this polling station is still being processed, the consulate general told Interfax.
