Estonian president congratulates Putin, hopes to develop good relations

TALLINN. March 20 (Interfax) - Estonian President Kersti Kaljulaid has congratulated Vladimir Putin on his victory in the presidential election.

"My congratulations on your re-election as president of the Russian Federation. I wish Russia and its people welfare and prosperity. I hope for the development of good relations between our countries," Kaljulaid said in her congratulatory message on Tuesday.
