Locals hurt in explosion of HALO Trust's vehicle in Karabakh
YEREVAN. March 29 (Interfax) - The casualties of the explosion that rocked a vehicle of the international demining organization The HALO Trust have been identified as residents of the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), a representative of The HALO Trust's office in Stepanakert told Interfax.
"The casualties are residents of Nagorno-Karabakh," the representative said.
It was reported earlier that three people were killed and two suffered injuries in the incident. A source said their citizenship had yet to be established.
The police and the Emergency Situations Ministry are working on the incident scene.
The causes of the incident are being determined.
