Telegram fixes power problem, service good for most users

MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax) - Service has been restored for most Telegram users, the messenger's administration said on Twitter.

It asked users who are still experiencing problems (especially those in Germany, Iran, and CIS countries) to wait a little longer.

Telegram users had problems with the mobile application and the web client on Thursday. The messenger's founder, Pavel Durov, said servers at the data center had lost power.
