Kharitonin becomes Pharmstandard's sole beneficiary
MOSCOW. March 30 (Interfax) - Pharmstandard co-founder Yegor Kulkov has sold his entire stake in the company, Pharmstandard reported.
Viktor Kharitonin is now the sole beneficiary of the company.
Cyprus-registered Augment Investments Ltd controls 100% of Pharmstandard shares. The stake Kulkov held in the offshore company has not been disclosed.
In 2007, when Pharmstandard conducted an IPO, the company said Kharitonin owned 49% of shares, Kulkov - 21%, Roman Abramovich -17%, Millhouse Group head Yevgeny Shvidler - 6% and other shareholders - 7%. Abramovich and Shvidler divested their stakes in 2008.
Prior to divesting his stake, Kulkov owned 30% of Pharmstandard shares, according to a Kommersant source.
