The Other Russia activists detained in Volokolamsk
MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - Law enforcement agencies have detained four Moscow-based activists of the unregistered party The Other Russia (National Bolsheviks) who arrived in Volokolamsk outside Moscow to join a rally there, the party press service said to Interfax.
"The National Bolsheviks who came to Volokolamsk from Moscow to support the people demanding the closure of the Yadrovo waste dump have just been detained. Policemen met The Other Russia's activists on the railway platform and escorted them to a bus. Vlad Glumov, Mikhail Aksel, Mikhail Galyashkin, and Olga Shalina have been detained," it said.
The four detainees were later transported to the Volokolamsk town police department, the party said.
