Deputies suggest that Russian govt draw investment from countries that do not support unfriendly U.S. actions - bill
MOSCOW. April 13 (Interfax) - The bill on retaliatory measures over the United States' unfriendly actions includes a provision that Russia should seek investment from countries that do not support the U.S.' measures.
Article 4 of the bill would require the Russian government and state executive authorities "to take and implement measures to attract investment from foreign states that do not support the illegal and unfriendly actions of the United States and/or other foreign states to the Russian economy."
The same article stipulates that bans and restrictions on the import into Russia of goods specified in the previous articles of the bill do not apply to these goods when they are brought in by citizens of Russia, foreign citizens, and stateless persons "for personal use."
