New Armenian PM meets with Moldovan president, Eurasian Economic Commission board chairman in Sochi
YEREVAN. May 14 (Interfax) - Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has met with Eurasian Economic Commission Board Chairman Tigran Sargsyan in Sochi to discuss the agenda of the upcoming Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) summit.
Pashinyan and Sargsyan also discussed the development of relations within the EAEU and broader relations with EAEU members, the Armenian government's press service said.
Pashinyan also met with Moldovan President Igor Dodon to discuss opportunities for developing economic relations between the two countries.
"We should take appropriate steps to develop economic relations. To this end, it is important to hold a meeting of the intergovernmental commission in the near future and open an Armenian embassy in Moldova," Pashinyan said.
