Road closed due to Pugachyovo arsenal blasts reopens - traffic police
IZHEVSK. May 16 (Interfax) - Traffic along the Izhevsk-Mozhga highway, which was closed due to explosions at the Pugachyovo arms depot, has resumed, traffic police in Russia's internal republic of Udmurtia said in a statement.
"The traffic police inform drivers that traffic along the Izhevsk-Mozhga highway has been fully restored as of 5:05 p.m.," the statement said.
Munitions started to explode on the territory of a former military unit in the village of Pugachyovo. Firefighters contained the fire. The area has been cordoned off. There are no victims or injuries.
