Russian-German High-Level Working Group on Security Policy may fully resume activity - materials for Putin-Merkel meeting
SOCHI. May 18 (Interfax) - The High-Level Working Group on Security Policy established by Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel may return to full-fledged activity, according to materials prepared for the Putin-Merkel meeting in Sochi on Friday.
"[The group] resumed its activity in 2017; full-scale meetings are currently being restored," the materials said.
The Russian-German High-Level Working Group on Strategic Economic and Financial Cooperation will meet in Russia on June 27, the materials also said. The group resumed its activity in 2016, and its most recent meeting took place in September 2017.
