Presidents of Russia, Kazakhstan discuss cooperation

MOSCOW. May 22 (Interfax) - Russian president Vladimir Putin and Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev have spoken over the phone, the Kremlin's press service said in a statement.

"Certain aspects of bilateral cooperation were discussed in continuation of the talks held in Sochi on May 14, 2018," the press service said.

The Kazakh presidential press service said that Putin invited Nazarbayev to the opening ceremony of the FIFA World Cup in Moscow.

The championship will take place in 11 Russian cities between June 14 and July 15.
