Foreign minister conditions normalized relations with Armenia on restoring Azerbaijan's territorial integrity
BAKU. May 25 (Interfax) - Azerbaijan will be ready for neighborly relations with Armenia after its territorial integrity is restored, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said at the celebrations of the centenary of the Azerbaijani Democratic Republic's proclamation on Friday.
"I do not know where the latest events could lead us but the reality is such that Azerbaijani is ready for building neighborly relations with Armenia, naturally after its territorial integrity and sovereignty are restored," Mammadyarov said.
"We will not allow a breach of our sovereignty and territorial integrity. Our borders are recognized on the international level," he said.
