Dmitry Kolchanov named Jaguar Land Rover regional director for Europe
MOSCOW. May 30 (Interfax) - Dmitry Kolchanov will replace Bob Grace as Jaguar Land Rover's (JLR) regional director for European operations, the company said in a press release.
Kolchanov is currently Regional Director Overseas at Jaguar Land Rover, responsible for Asia, Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, Australia and Russia. He joined the company in 2001 and became head of its Russian office in 2005. He was promoted to Regional Director Overseas in 2010.
The new Regional Director Overseas will be announced at a later date, JLR said.
JLR, which is owned by Indian automaker Tata Motors, is the largest carmaker in the UK and one of the country's biggest exporters. The company increased global sales by 7% to a record 621,109 vehicles in 2017.
