LUHANSK/KYIV. June 4 (Interfax) - The self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) has seen five attacks by the Ukrainian army in the past 24 hours, the LPR militia told Interfax on Monday.

"The Ukrainian army breached the truce five times over the day by use of 120mm and 82mm mortars, grenade launchers, and heavy firearms," the militia said.

The army attacked the vicinity of Kalynove, Pryshyb, Lozove, and Kalynivka, it said.

"No damage was done. There were neither civilian nor military casualties," the militia said.

For its part, the press center of the Ukrainian Joint Forces reported 27 attacks on Ukrainian army positions over the day.
