Putin signs law ratifying Russian-Cuban treaty on transfer of convicts
MOSCOW. June 4 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed federal legislation ratifying a treaty between Russia and Cuba on the transfer of convicted prisoners, according to information on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Russia and Cuba signed the treaty in Havana on December 13, 2016, the State Duma ratified it on May 24 of this year, and the Federation Council approved it on May 30.
