53rd Ukrainian brigade commander issues orders to shoot at passenger bus - LPR

LUHANSK. July 9 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Col. Oleksandr Gruzevych is involved in the gunfire on a shuttle bus in the Holubovske populated locality on June 7, the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) Prosecutor General's Office said.

"Investigators established that Col. Oleksandr Stepanovych Gruzevych, the commander of the 53rd Ukrainian mechanized brigade, issued a criminal order to fire 120mm guns, which damaged a shuttle bus en route from the Stakhanov populated locality to the Holubovske populated locality," the LPR Prosecutor General's Office press service said in a statement.

On June 8, 2018, the Ukrainian military fired on the area of the town of Donetsky on Gruzevych's orders in order to obstruct OSCE SMM monitors' operation in this area, the Prosecutor General's Office said. "A kindergarten in the town of Donetsky was damaged in the shell attack," the LPR Prosecutor General's Office said.
