New Lebanese PM promises to continue cooperation with Russia
MOSCOW. June 13 (Interfax) - The new Lebanese government will continue cooperating with Russia, Prime Minister Saad Hariri said.
At a meeting with Hariri, Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated him on his reelection as Lebanese prime minister. "I know that you're having a busy time now, you have to form the government," Putin said.
Hariri said that the new government will continue cooperating with Russia.
"We have already made some progress, we have things to work on in the future. We in the future government are planning to continue cooperation," he said.
