Schlumberger wins Rosneft tender on engineering support at Odoptu-More worth 2.8 bln rubles

MOSCOW. June 19 (Interfax) - Schlumberger Logelco Inc has won a Rosneft tender to provide integrated engineering support services at the Odoptu-More field on the Sea of Okhotsk shelf with a bid of 2.8 billion rubles, according to materials on the state procurement website.

Halliburton International GmbH also vied for the contract, but it bid 3.2 billion rubles.

The starting (maximum) price in the tender was 3 billion rubles.

The contract covers seven wells. The work is to be carried out from August 1, 2018 through December 31, 2020.

The Odoptu-More oil, gas and condensate field is located 6-10 kilometers off Sakhalin Island's eastern shore.

RN-Sakhalinmorneftegaz LLC is the operator for the project to develop the field. Forty extended reach horizontal wells, deviating from the vertical by 5-8 km, have been completed on shore and systems for collecting and treating oil and gas have been built, as well as systems for supporting reservoir pressure, pipelines and power stations. In all over 9 million tonnes of oil and over 2.5 billion cubic meters of gas have been produced.
