Vladivostok Commercial Sea Port to challenge freeze on accounts

MOSCOW. June 20 (Interfax) - Commercial Port of Vladivostok (VMTP), a unit of the Fesco Transportation Group controlled by Summa Group, intends to challenge a court ruling to freeze its bank accounts as part of a criminal case against Summa Group's owner Ziyavudin Magomedov and his brother Magomed.

"We don't see grounds for such a decision. VMTP is not party to any legal violations that might lead to such measures. We will challenge this court ruling according to the procedure established by law," Fesco told Interfax.

Fesco Group's flagship company is Far Eastern Shipping Company (Fesco) .
