Dagestan's 1st deputy PM dismissed, searches underway at his office, house
MAKHACHKALA. July 4 (Interfax) - Acting Dagestan head Vladimir Vasilyev has announced that Dagestan's First Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Aliyev has been dismissed from his post and that investigative measures are being carried out at his office.
"A meeting took place in Makhachkala today at which Vladimir Vasilyev announced that First Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Aliyev was dismissed on Wednesday. Searches are underway at his office," the press service for the administration of the Dagestan head and government told Interfax.
An informed source said that searches are also being carried out at Aliyev's house.
