MOSCOW. July 10 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Dmitry Peskov, the director of the Young Professionals section at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the presidential representative for digital and technological development, the Kremlin's press service reported on Tuesday.
